This machine including a very special design of wave shape fly-cutting system and
a double heater design for cutting & sealing the heavy gauge film /or very thick film
even with gussets.
The thickness of film as below,
For LDPE & LLDPE film is from 0.01mm to 0.4mm if with gusset the total thickness is 0.8mm.
For HDPE film is from 0.01mm to 0.07mm if with gusset the total thickness is 0.28mm.

This machine can produce the “bottom seal bag”, the “double bottom seal bag”
and the “side seal bag” as well. When you like to produce one of the three kinds
bag that you only need to change a suitable type of “cutting & sealing device”
for produce it. (Example : If you will like to produce the “bottom seal bag” that
you just need to change the “ bottom seal type of cutting & sealing device” to
produce the bottom seal bags! )
The machine max. production is 200 Bags/min.
