This machine including a very special design of wave shape
fly‐cutting system and a double heater designed for cutting &
sealing the heavy gauge film /or very thick film even with gussets.
The flying knife adopts the mode of moving left and right.
The advantages of this structure are that the sealing is smooth,
the blade has a long service life, it is more stable for making thicker
bags.The flying knife's moving width can be adjusted according to
bag width's changing.
The thickness of film as below,
For LDPE & LLDPE film is from 0.01mm to 0.2mm if with gusset the
total thickness is 0.8mm.
For HDPE film is from 0.01mm to 0.07mm if with gusset the total
thickness is 0.28mm.
