AVITA will like to introduce to you about our Fully Automatic

Poly Draw bags on roll converting system to you. This system

uses 4 sets of servo motors to enable non-stop film feeding for

increasing production capacity. And there are integrated by electronics

and work together to produce Poly Draw bags on rolls higher product

performance.The Module is responsible for the draw tape insertion

process. It includes lip forming, draw tape insertion and lip sealing

functions. The main feature of this machine is the automatic non-stop

draw tape change over. Therefor the machine can run longer

without stopping and production is increased and more profit is made.
 
The poly draw bag on roll system it was Servo driven system for sealing

& cutting device and coreless rewinding system it is high accuracy for bag length.


 
The machine included the Shuttle type poly draw bag on roll

converting system, the Draw tape feeding system, the Triangle

folding device, the Jumbo roll unwinder and the Coreless bag

on roll rewinder.
